Creating spaces for movement, breath, connection and seasonal living.

Meet Me

Yoga first came into my life at a time when I was navigating a lot of changes and reliving some old experiences — holding tension, anxiety, and overstimulation without fully realising how much my body was carrying. What began as a personal practice slowly became a way of softening, listening more deeply, and returning to myself with greater care.

Today, I share what matters most to me which is yoga, aerial yoga, transformational breathwork and seasonal living.

Living in Scotland has shaped much of my approach. The changing seasons and rhythms of nature continually remind me that we are not separate from the natural world — our bodies move through seasons too.

Whether through movement, breath, rest, retreats, or teacher training, my intention is always the same - to create calm, thoughtfully held environments where you can slow down, reconnect to yourself and others, make new connections and just be yourself.

Alongside teaching, I continue to work with wellbeing organisations across Scotland, supporting studios, woodland spaces and community projects that share my values.

Thank you for being here in this space with me 🌿

Held in the beautiful surroundings of LOVE Woodland near Lochwinnoch, each 2 hour gathering is thoughtfully woven together using gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound, seasonal themes and quiet moments of reflection. Afterwards, you're invited to stay for a cup of tea around the fire and enjoy the simple pleasure of being with the trees.

No two gatherings will be exactly the same. Throughout the year I'll also be inviting guest facilitators to share their own crafts, skills and wisdom—from sound baths and journalling to creative workshops inspired by nature.

Whether you arrive feeling busy, overwhelmed or in need of some space, The Woodland Reset offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple things.

Transformational Breathwork

The way we breathe shapes the way we experience life and how centred we are.

These small-group breathwork experiences are designed to support emotional release, self-awareness and a little nudge to a smoother rhythm.

Alongside this breathwork, I weave together carefully curated music, live voice, cacao, journalling, and gentle integration, creating space not only for transformation, but also for stillness, reflection, and reconnection.

I am so lucky to have stumbled upon this beautiful old converted barn. Louisa the owner is such a bright and kind human who was open to me hanging up my silks as a trial. 2.5 years later I am still there, with this great community and I really look forward to facilitating my Monthly workshops and sound experiences here. My Aerial yoga Teacher Training is also at this studio.
