Meet Gillian

Yoga first came into my life at a time when I was going through some life changes. I was holding tension, anxiety, and overstimulation without fully realising how much my body was carrying. What began as a personal practice slowly became a way of softening, listening more deeply, and returning to myself with greater care.

Over time, I began to understand that the way we breathe, move, rest, and respond to life deeply shapes how connected we feel — to ourselves, to our bodies, to nature, and to the world around us. These practices became less about “doing” and more about remembering. Returning to rhythm. Finding centre. Creating space for more presence, aliveness, and connection within everyday life.

Today, my work weaves together yoga, aerial yoga, transformational breathwork, seasonal living, and nervous-system-aware practices to create spaces that feel grounding, restorative, and deeply held.

Living in Scotland has shaped much of my approach. The changing seasons, landscapes, and rhythms of nature continually remind me that we are not separate from the natural world — our bodies move through seasons too.

Whether through movement, breath, rest, retreats, workshops, or teacher training, my intention is always the same.. to create calm, thoughtfully held environments where people can slow down, reconnect, and arrive exactly as they are.

Alongside over 800 hours of training in yoga, aerial yoga, trauma-informed practice, sound, and breathwork, I also bring more than 20 years of experience in leadership, wellbeing, and relationship-based work within the health and wellness industry.

Outside of teaching, I’m endlessly inspired by seasonal shifts, flowers, textiles, cooking, nature, and the quiet rituals that help us feel more connected to ourselves and the world around us.

Thank you for being here 🌿
